What you are buying, and what you are not

You are buying a labeled place on the Board. You are not buying coverage, a preview of a story, a say in what gets reported, or silence. An advertiser that turns up in GSR’s reporting is named like anyone else, and the story says the business advertises on the Board.

Paid placements stay on the Board, the NH map, and the Board tab. They are marked as advertising and they never appear inside a news story.

GSR does not sell advertising to New Hampshire public bodies. Towns, school districts, and state agencies post job openings and public notices on the Board for free.

No political advertising

The Board takes no political ads of any kind and no paid placement for or against a candidate, party, political committee, ballot question, or bill. The full rule.

How paying works

Post your listing first. A person reviews it, usually within a business day. GSR then sends a payment link or an invoice. Paid features switch on when payment arrives; nothing is charged on the form. Checks go to Dexter Dow at Granite State Report, 43 Sargent Street, Northfield, NH 03276.
