The last time you asked a New Hampshire public body for records, what happened within five business days?

Your answers help GSR track how New Hampshire public bodies answer records requests.

Under RSA 91-A:4, IV(b), a public body that cannot hand over a record right away has five business days to make it available, deny the request, or say in writing how long it needs and why.

  • I got the records
  • They denied it in writing
  • They told me in writing how long it would take
  • I heard nothing within five business days
  • I have never made a records request

Only verified New Hampshire residents vote here. That is what makes the results worth reading in Concord.
